Union Bank & Trust Elects Former Lieutenant Governor Robak
To Board of Directors

Lincoln, NE—Union Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Kim M. Robak to its Board of Directors. Robak, formerly Lieutenant Governor of Nebraska and Vice President and Corporation Secretary for the University
of Nebraska, is currently a member of the government relations firm of
Ruth Mueller Robak. Before her government tenure, Robak was a partner
with the Rembolt, Ludtke, Parker and Berger law firm in Lincoln.

Robak is currently active in many civic organizations. She serves on the Boards of the Lincoln Community Foundation, Doane College, United Way of Lincoln, the Nebraska Humanities Foundation and the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development and serves as Moderator of First Plymouth Congregational Church. Robak is also a member of the corporate boards of First Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of New York, and Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq FISV).

Robak received her J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska where she graduated with high distinction and her B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with distinction. Robak is a Columbus, Nebraska native and she and her husband, William J. Mueller, reside in Lincoln.
