Bond Administration
Acting as Bond Trustee, Paying Agent, and Registrar, Union Bank & Trust is appointed to protect the interest of the investors and assist the debt issuer in offerings. In performing this service, we will:

  • Pay bondholder principal and interest
  • Disburse construction/acquisition funds
  • Verify compliance with document covenants
  • Maintain bondholders records
  • Establish and maintain security interests in collateral
  • Safekeep trust assets

Custodian

Acting as custody agent, Union Bank & Trust will safekeep investments and keep detailed transaction statements. While providing these services, we will:

  • Make a daily sweep of idle cash into interest earning vehicles
  • Collect dividends, interest and coupons, and disburse or reinvest the funds as the customer instructs
  • Collect proceeds on matured and called bonds
  • Give prompt notification of capital changes such as defaults, tender offers and stock splits.

Escrow Agent
Escrow Agreement appoints Union Bank & Trust to safekeep assets or perform transactions at arm’s length for two or more separate parties.
