If you have an iPhone or Android smart phone, you can go directly to the App store to download and enroll in Mobile Banking. Search for Union Bank & Trust, then follow the on-screen prompts to get started. If you have a Blackberry – or to enroll in multiple mobile banking services – login to Online Banking and click the Options tab. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a text message with a direct link to download the app. Simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the download.
You will have instant access to the following information:
• Check Account Balances
• Review Transaction History
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Transfer funds to a regular loan payment
• Pay Bills (to existing vendors)
• Change/Cancel pending payments
• Find a Branch or ATM
For security purposes, no personal or financial information will be stored on your phone. You will need to log-in to your account (using the same information as Online Banking) each time you want to access your account information.
Depositing checks from your smart phone is a snap.
With Mobile Banking, you can check your balance, transfer funds, find a branch or ATM, and even pay your bills. Now, with Mobile Deposit, you can even deposit checks directly from your smart phone. Simply enroll in this complimentary service and upon approval, it will automatically be added to your existing Mobile app - no additional download required!

If your phone is capable of sending and receiving SMS text messages, you can utilize text banking. After enrolling through Online Banking (Options tab), you’ll receive a text message from Union Bank’s short code. Save this code to your contacts. From that point on, you can simply text a command to that short code to receive the following information:
• Check account balances (Text BAL to 50694)
• Review recent transactions (Text HIST plus the nickname for the account to 50694)
o Additional transactions (Text NEXT)
• Find an ATM (Text ATM plus the ZIP Code or City/State to 50694)
• Find a Branch (Text BRANCH plus the ZIP Code or City/State to 50694)
• Find ATMs and Branches (Text BOTH plus the ZIP Code or City/State to 50694)
• Find a list of Mobile Banking keywords (Text HELP to 50694) • For Help (Text HELP to 50694)• To cancel (Text STOP to 50694)
*Text messages are limited to 160 characters. If your account information exceeds the character limit, you will receive the information in multiple text messages (no more than 5 per request). Union Bank does not charge a fee for utilizing Mobile Banking, however message and data rates may apply.
If your phone has a data plan (Internet Access), you can choose to utilize the browser-based service. Simply bookmark the link provided in an e-mail after you’ve enrolled and utilize the same log in procedures as Online Banking.
The Mobile Browser option gives you access to the following information:
• Check Account Balances
• Review Transaction History
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Transfer funds to a regular loan payment
• Pay Bills (to existing vendors)
• Change/Cancel pending payments
• Find a Branch or ATM
• Log in to Online Banking and click Options on the main menu.
• Locate the Mobile Banking section and click, “Enroll Now.”
• Check the box to accept the terms and conditions.
• Next, Select the “Eligible Accounts” you would like to view through Mobile Banking and enter a nickname (examples: Ck1, Sav1, Ck2).
• Enter your cell phone number on the Mobile Banking Number page. For security reasons, only one user can register for each mobile device. However, once the registration process is complete, you can add additional phones to your Mobile Banking account.
• From the “Select your Services” page, check the box of each Mobile Banking service in which you would like to enroll.
• A text message with an activation code will be sent to the mobile phone you entered. This code will expire 24 hours after it is received.
• Next, enter the activation code on the “Activate Your Phone” page. Click Activate.
• Depending on the service(s) selected, a text message will be sent to your phone containing either a link or a short code.
o For text banking, save the short code to be used in the future whenever utilizing Mobile Banking’s text messaging service.
o For the Mobile Browser, click the link and bookmark it for future use.
o For the Mobile Banking app, click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the download of the application.

As Technology changes our efforts to assist you in protecting yourself expands. When you chose to use a mobile device such as your cell phone or blackberry for account access please keep your security in mind.
• Store your device (phone or blackberry, etc.) in a secure location. •
Use the keypad lock or phone lock function on your mobile device when it is not in use. These functions password-protect your device so that nobody else can use it or view your information. • Delete your browser history regularly. • Frequently delete text messages containing your account information (including your account balances). • Before letting someone else have access to your device (lending it to another person, discarding, or selling your mobile device) ensure that her personal account information has been deleted. • Never disclose via text message any personal information(account numbers, passwords, or any combination of sensitive information like your social security number or birth date that could be used in ID theft).
If you lose your mobile device which has personal information (account numbers, passwords, or any combination of sensitive information stored in it) - notify Union Bank at (402) 323-1777 or toll- free at 1-800-297-2837 to discuss protection options.
