Dear Customer,

Your access to UBT Online Services (Online Banking, Bill Pay, eStatements and Telebank) has been blocked because of numerous suspicious login attempts from unregistered devices. This measure was taken as security precaution against any form of fraud and unauthorized access.

UBT monitors and records "invalid-login" attempts to detect any suspicious activity (i.e., someone trying to guess your login credentials).

Quickly restore your Online Services access by confirming your account information, authenticating your identity and registering your current access device.

Please note that for security reasons, your Online Services access will remain blocked until you complete this process online.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience.

Important Information About Procedures For Opening A New Account—
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you; we may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
