Phishing attacks may target Online Banking services.
You may receive unauthorized email or text messages that appear to be from Union Bank & Trust. These messages (referred to as “phishing”) ask you to click a link within the message and enter your personal or security information. Union Bank will never request your personal or security information through an e-mail or text message. If you receive an e-mail or text asking you to enter your Union Bank Online Banking credentials, please delete the message.

What does this mean to you?
If you have NOT entered your Online Banking credentials, you can delete the email and no further action is required. You may continue to use Online Banking with your current login information.
If you have responded to the unauthorized email by providing your Online Banking credentials, please contact our Call Center as soon as possible. Our Call Center will guide you through securely changing your Online Banking login credentials.
