Austin Toney joined UBT in 2023, bringing with him experience dating back to 2009. In his role as Mortgage Loan Officer, Austin will utilize his experience in financial strategy, banking, and portfolio management to help UBT’s home loan customers determine the best loan for their individual financial situations. A people leader with significant success cultivating strong partnerships, Austin will work as a team leader with his clients to foster long-term relationships.
“I’m passionate about helping my clients and providing them with sound financial advice regarding their real estate transactions,” Austin explained. “Helping my clients succeed financially has been at the foundation of any advice I give them regarding purchasing or refinancing their mortgage. I try to place myself in their shoes and ask myself the question, ’Would this be something I would do myself?’ and help them make the most well-informed decision.”
A proud father of a son (with another on the way), Austin loves to travel and has seen 43 of the 50 states, three continents, and six countries. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Austin spent most of this college years at Creighton University. An avid bowler, he’s competed as part of a Wednesday evening bowling league since 2009 (with a personal best score of 299!) and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
