Featured FAIR Trip: Steakhouses, Symphony, and Midtown Men!

Retiring Your Way

This superlative Saturday tour is not your ordinary dinner and a show! We partner with Omaha Culinary Tours (OCT) for their Classic Steakhouse Bus tour, a fun and delicious look at some Omaha favorites with a delectable course and a bit of local lore at each savory stop.

Get on board as we travel to Omaha to visit such time-honored and tasty institutions as Cascio’s, Gorat’s Steakhouse, and Johnny’s Café. Wear something with an elastic waist and be prepared for some fun, OCT-style, as well as a sweet surprise before we roll on to the evening’s entertainment.

Speaking of entertainment (and believe, me, it deserves more than a mention), this performance is for anyone who loves the music of the ‘60s. Paired with the smooth stylings of the Omaha Symphony, it just doesn’t get any better. Four stars from the original Broadway cast of “Jersey Boys” return as the magic that is the “Midtown Men.” Tony Award Winner Christian Hoff, Michael Longoria, Daniel Reichard, and Tony Award Nominee J. Robert Spencer star in this one-of-a-kind concert experience, celebrating the music that defined an era.  With solid-gold hits by the Beatles, Beach Boys, Motown, The Four Seasons and more, it’s easy to see why the Midtown Men are lifting audiences of all ages to their feet in venues across the continent.

This tour leaves Lincoln at approximately at 1:00pm on April 27, and returns at approximately 11:00pm. This trip includes: round trip deluxe motor coach transportation to Omaha; early dinner in the form of a guided culinary steakhouse tour; dessert and snacks; tickets to the evening performance; services of bank group directors and all related gratuities. Fun is complimentary.

If trip details sound familiar, it’s because this trip is replacing a day trip we had scheduled for March 9 and had to cancel due to inclement weather. Thanks to our fantastic partners, we were able to exchange performance tickets and offer you this little gem instead. We hope you will join us as we turn our lemons (freezing rain) into lemonade (steak and music). We have a few seats left and we’re sure one of them has your name on it!
