Refreshed, improved, and easy to read — all are ways to describe the look of your new account statement. Starting in early November, your account statements will reflect an enhanced design with color print and modern fonts, plus more options to connect with UBT.

Why the change?

We strive to continually review our products and services to determine how we can better our customer experience. Account statements are an important resource when it comes to reviewing your transactions; statements can help you verify an account balance, identify unauthorized activity, and give peace of mind. Reviewing your account statement should be an easy and quick process, and that’s exactly what these enhancements provide.

These statement enhancements are available for our personal and business accounts and will be accessible through your paperless statements, as well.

Not enrolled in paperless statements?

No problem — you can enroll your personal account through your UBTgo connection.

  • From your computer, once logged in, click on Paperless Statement Enrollment at the top of the page and follow the sign-up process.
  • On the mobile app, visit the More section of the app, select Paperless Statement Enrollment from the Other section, and follow the sign-up process.

For those who are still on the fence about making the switch from paper to paperless statements, here are a few of the benefits paperless statements offer over traditional paper statements:

  • 24 months’ worth of statements stored within online banking
  • Safer than paper — a paperless statement can’t be stolen from your mailbox, delivered to the wrong house, or taken from your trash
  • Good for the Earth, good for you: when you sign up for paperless statements, you’re extending the life of our natural resources
