Most of our branch lobbies are now reopened for service, and we’re so excited to see you in person and get back to doing what we love: helping you with your financial goals and needs.
We want everyone to know that we’re committed to providing a safe environment that takes your health and well-being into consideration, as well as that of our associates. With that in mind, we plan to adhere to CDC guidelines as much as possible for social distancing and sanitation in all of our buildings.
Here are a few things to know about our plans:
- Masks are encouraged but not required. If you’re wearing a mask, we’ll simply ask that you lower it to identify yourself when you meet with a teller or banker.
- We’ll be adhering to social distancing guidelines within branches for our safety and yours. Please mind the floor stickers for proper physical distancing and make use of our hand sanitizer.
- If you’d like to meet with our loan officers, it’s encouraged that you call ahead to make an appointment to ensure they’ll be able to meet with you.
- Bathrooms and break areas will not be open to the public at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience!
