All of our branches and in-store locations are open for service, but please check our locations page to see any updates about UBT branches you plan to visit.

We want everyone to know that as things change, we remain committed to providing a safe environment that takes your health and well-being into consideration, as well as that of our associates. With that in mind, we plan to adhere to CDC guidelines as much as possible for social distancing and sanitation in all of our buildings.

Here are a few things to know as you head to your favorite branch:

  • Per updated recommendations from the CDC, UBT no longer requires vaccinated customers or associates to wear masks. Customers and associates who have chosen not to vaccinate are encouraged to continue to wear a mask. If you’re wearing a mask, we’ll simply ask that you lower it to identify yourself when you meet with a teller or banker.
  • Our associates are more than happy to wear a mask while serving you if you prefer — all you have to do is ask!
  • We’ll continue to adhere to social distancing guidelines within branches for our safety and yours. Please mind the floor stickers for proper physical distancing and make use of our hand sanitizer.

In addition to providing the excellent service you’re used to, our ultimate goal is to keep you and our employees safe and healthy. If you aren’t feeling well, we ask that you continue to bank from home using the newly redesigned UBTgo app* and ubt.com or by calling our Customer Support Team toll-free at 800.297.2837.

For the most up-to-date information on hours for specific locations, please visit our Locations page and search for your nearest branch. We can’t wait to see you!
