Welcome to Union Bank’s state-of-the-art loan servicing system. If your mortgage has been moved over to the new system, you would have been notified by mail. Customer CareNet (CCN) provides you instant access to manage your loan. Your first time logging into CCN, you will be prompted to establish a User ID and Password. Once enrolled, you will be able to:
- Make a one-time payment or establish a monthly recurring withdrawal (ACH) on a specific date from your checking or savings account
- Access current loan information
- Get tax and interest information
- Review escrow details
- Obtain loan payoff statement
- Obtain amortization schedule
