We’re setting our pop-up shop to “mad fresh”

Matthew Morrison is known throughout Lincoln as the man behind the “mad fresh” homemade guacamole, hummus, and salsa available for purchase at local markets and vendor events. Better known as Moose, Morrison stays busy creating chip dippables from clean, fresh, organic ingredients with no additives or preservatives.

A mainstay at all of Lincoln’s farmers markets, Moose was also a vendor at UBT’s Second Saturday Makers Market where he struck up a conversation with a member of our Small Business team about the pop-up shop across the aisle from his booth. And the rest will go down in vendor history!

Moose’s Mad Fresh will officially take up residency in Union Bank Place as the newest tenant in the small business pop-up shop. He’ll take over the space previously occupied first by Susa’s Sweets & Balloons and then Studio Trouvaille, starting at the beginning of May — and he’ll be there through the end of August.

Moose’s products include hummus that comes in five distinctly delicious flavors: Groovy Garlic, Black Bean, Craveable Curry, Roasted Red Pepper, and Sriracha Lime. He also offers fresh guacamole as well as salsa in hot, medium, and mild spice levels.

And if you need something “mad fresh” in the meantime, he offers free local delivery if you order from his website. His delicious dips can also be found at various grocery stores around Lincoln.
