Steph: Supporting small business

Steph Dinger knows all about the drive, determination, and grit it takes to get a small business off the ground. After all, her husband, her mom, and her sister are all small business owners who were able to get started thanks to bankers and lenders who believed in them. And as Vice President of Small Business Banking, it’s Steph’s turn to help other entrepreneurs get started.

Through her experiences with helping her husband set up his business, Steph learned firsthand how hard it is to own a business, grow it over time, and maintain success. “I get it — I’ve been there,” Steph says. “So I love having the opportunity to help startups start and small businesses grow. This is the most important thing perhaps outside of their family, and I don’t take that lightly.”

Steph is inspired by the fire and drive she sees in her startup and small business customers. She empathizes with their needs, believes in their vision, and is committed to doing what she can to help her customers succeed. Because at UBT, your small business has people.
