Why bother with paper when paying your loan is as easy as logging into your account from your computer or the UBTgo mobile app? Paying online is much easier than mailing in your payment or delivering it to a branch. And if you’re not sure how to get started, we’ve prepared a simple step-by-step guide for paying online — or even easier, enrolling in automatic recurring payments.
Pay your loan using our one-time payment system. Be sure to have your loan number and the routing and account numbers for the account you’ll be paying from.
Frequently Asked Questions
Payments must be submitted by 6:00 p.m. CT Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays, to be processed the same business day. Payments submitted after this time will be processed the following business day.
If you’re paying from a UBT account prior to 9 p.m. CT on a business day, the payment will process on that same business day. If it’s after 9 p.m. CT on a business day or it’s a weekend or holiday, the payment will process on the next business day.
If you’re paying from a non-UBT account prior to 6 p.m. CT on a business day, the payment will process on that same business day. If the payment is submitted after 6 p.m. CT on a business day or it’s a weekend or holiday, it will post the next business day.
