Reporting a lost or stolen card
If you suspect your ATM, debit, or credit card has been lost or stolen, or if you’d like to report suspicious activity on your account, please see the information below.
Whether you’re a consumer or a business, please use the following Quick Reference Guide to report any fraud that has affected or could potentially affect your account with UBT.

If you think your debit card is lost or stolen, you can turn your card off in UBTgo: Tap Debit Cards at the bottom of the screen, then toggle your card to the OFF position. You can call 402.323.1777 or 800.297.2837 for assistance or to request a new card. You should also report any stolen cards or fraud to local law enforcement. |
