Tyler: Open heart to serving clients

As a youngster, playing sports was Tyler’s whole world. At a young age, however, he was diagnosed with a heart condition. 

“My whole world stopped — I couldn’t play sports because I couldn’t get my heart rate above a certain level.”

Following open-heart surgery at the age of 14, Tyler developed a deep appreciation for the doctors and medical staff that were there to improve his quality of life.

Fast forward to today, and Tyler is thriving in his career in banking, now as Vice President on UBT’s Private Banking team. He specializes in servicing the nuanced financial needs of doctors and medical practices. We like to think of him as a financial point guard, orchestrating a team of UBT experts in providing everything his clients need to make the most of their families’ and businesses’ finances. In essence, he’s taking care of the people who took care of him.
