Kristine Herzberg has been with UBT since 2019. Prior to joining the bank, she spent almost 15 years assisting small business owners with their salons and spas — making her a perfect fit with the Small Business team! In her role as a Small Business Lending Officer, Kristine works with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and startups to support their long-term growth, connecting them with the tailored banking solutions, financing options, and expertise they need to succeed.

When she’s not working, Kristine can be found with her nose in a book, shopping with her daughters, or going on a hike. She and her family are also avid Husker enthusiasts, especially when it comes to the volleyball and basketball teams! Kristine has always been very involved in her community as well, having served on the Buffalo County Court Appointed Special Advocate Board of Directors, as a volunteer for Christ Lincoln Church & School and Messiah Church & School, as an ambassador for the Algona Chamber of Commerce, and as co-chair of RAGBRAI Algona.
