Completing your paperless statement enrollment

Enrolling for paperless statements is easier than climbing a tree. Speaking of trees, you’ll help save a few by making the switch to digital statements. Here’s how:

  1. Log into UBTgo from your web browser or via the UBTgo mobile app.
  2. From your computer, click Accounts in the top menu. If you’re on the UBTgo mobile app, tap the More icon in the lower-right corner, then scroll down to the Other section.

  3. Select e-Statement Enrollment from the sub-menu. This list contains all eligible accounts and their current paperless statement status (enrolled or not enrolled).
  4. Check the box for each account you would like to enroll in paperless statements and click Save to continue.

  5. Review the enrollment terms and conditions and click the box to agree.
  6. Click the link labeled Here to get a confirmation code. Once you receive the code, enter it in the box.
  7. Click Accept to complete your enrollment. Congratulations! You have completed your paperless statement enrollment.
