UBT’s Journey team just wrapped up our fifth run of Smarter in September, everybody’s favorite virtual how-to series. Two veteran Journey presenters were joined by some new favorites to share their expertise on great topics like budget and nutrition-conscious shopping and meal planning, informed Medicare open enrollment, smart college savings options, and rightsizing considerations from a real-estate perspective. If you’re already enrolled in Medicare, the annual open enrollment period (Oct. 15 to Dec. 7) gives you the chance to review your current coverage, compare it with other options, and switch to another plan for the following year if you’d like. We’ve put together an annual enrollment checklist, complete with helpful information to help you get the ball rolling.



(Note that open enrollment is not for you if you are just about to sign up for Medicare for the first time. You get your own enrollment period to do that, and we have a resource for that, too!)
